My Process
Most women I work with want to feel better: awake in their body, present in their relationships, and in love with how they live their life…
But they’re stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand.
In my framework for real, lasting transformation, we begin here:
We uncover what’s driving the loop. Limiting thoughts, inherited beliefs, emotional repression, people-pleasing… Once we find the origin point, we dissolve it, so it stops running your life.
Most women were never taught how to hold their power. We create a steady foundation here, finding and fixing any leaks in body, mind, soul, or emotions, so we can build your life force up again.
Once you’re clear and resourced, we move into vision and action! You’ll connect with what wants to be birthed through you, and begin creating the relationships, work, and life that truly reflect who you are now :)
This isn’t about endless self-improvement anymore. It’s about doing deep lasting work that liberates you to live with clarity, love, and empowerment.

Why is this work so important right now?
My “WHY” in this work has always been with the felt sense knowing that THIS is how we change the world.
In a time when there is such a feeling of chaos and uncertainty, it’s up to each of us as individuals to take the steps and align ourselves with Truth, in order to make the shifts we have all been dreaming of.
Because as we tap into the Truth of who we really are under all the layers, we release all the separation between ourselves and Source, and we tap into our POWER..
And when we tap into our power, we use that power to change the world.
Mothers and fathers and all people who heal are more present for and loving of the children, the community, politics, religion, art, science, love…
And these healed people set the standard for the next generations to be more present and loving in their bodies, with their friends, and their future partners…
They bring embodiment, emotional intelligence, and resourcefulness into every aspect of life.
By helping beautiful but hurt humans to remember their hearts, their power, their connection to Source..
We can change the future.
Life is happening in the present moment, yes…
But it’s also happening forever into the future…
For me, this work has always been about more than just me or my specific clients…
It’s always been about ALL of us, forever.
