Feel like your sensual, radiant self is trapped under layers of contraction and resistance?

Learn how to create a cocoon of safety around your blossoming desires, and initiate yourself into your most expansive sensual expression.

The importance of creating and maintaining a safe space within yourself can not be overstated.

So many women skip this step and it leads to years of struggle...

No matter how READY you are to break out of the dissatisfying patterns that plague so many mothers…

You still feel this sense of separation and distance from your true radiant vibrant sensual expression..

Safety is created from within, first and foremost. We do ourselves and our sensual expression a disservice if we judge, shame, criticize, or ostracize parts of ourselves or our expression.

To express the sensual mother-goddess who's inside, create a sense of safety within yourself, first and foremost.

  • Ex 1: You’re sharing intimate time with your partner and you don’t feel anything “down there.”

    • Not Safe: criticizing yourself for not feeling sensations or escaping into your thoughts during intimacy because you’re not feeling anything anyway.

    • Safe: Noticing that you’re not feeling anything, speaking that into the space, loving your body so much for showing you a part of yourself that may be desiring further exploration/healing.

  • Ex 2: You refuse to look at yourself in the mirror because every time you do you feel disgusted by how much your body has changed since having kids.

    • Not safe: Starving yourself to try to change your body back to how it looked before; or talking to yourself & friends about how “gross” your body is.

    • Safe: Looking in the mirror and honoring all the feelings that come up as you see your body, and if you can, trying to speak to your body as you would a little girl, sharing what is beautiful.

  • Ex 3: You start to self-pleasure and you feel a rise of disgust as you touch yourself.

    • Not safe: Shoving the disgust down and finishing because you just need to feel that orgasm.

    • Safe: Noticing the disgust, speaking it out loud, “I notice I am feeling some disgust rising right now as I touch myself. Is there anything my body wants to share with me right now?” and pausing to see what comes up.

Imagine a 3 year old who is scared of the ocean…

No matter how long they listen to you say the ocean is actually safe and fun and that once they get in there they’ll be EXPANSIVE…

That child is never going to step foot into the ocean.

It just feels too big.

BUT if they understand how a life vest works..

And they trust this life vest to keep them afloat in the ocean.. (Even if they go under water.. They always come right back up.)

Then they may waddle themselves into the big unknown ocean of their own volition, wearing that vest.

The sense of safety we cultivate for ourselves as adults works the same way.

We tune into those inner pieces of ourselves that are terrified of showing up in our full sensual expression..

Because of past traumas, painful experiences, or even past life experiences where it wasn’t safe…

When we feel resistance…

When we want to escape into the judgmental mind…

When we feel overwhelmed as we are connected to this new primal part of ourselves…

We show those parts of ourselves that yes.. Our sensuality is a powerful force that sometimes feels inexplicable.. AND.. we will always accept ourselves, love ourselves, and honor all parts of ourselves..

Shaming, judging, and ostracizing ANY part of ourselves leads to ALL parts of ourselves not feeling safe to express, including our sensuality.

So as we begin to create safety for ourselves…

All parts of ourselves that have felt hidden and separate begin to feel safe to blossom into the light of day!
