A DAY ON RETREAT:
The retreat schedule is perfectly curated to support your deep healing and relationship transformation. From workshops and ceremonies to free time to head to the beach or sip a smoothie by the pool, there will be a balance of transformative work and time to integrate/refill your soul’s cup.
Each day you will immerse in a morning and an afternoon/evening workshop or ceremony with Taylor and Ashley. These experiences will be active, embodied, connective, and healing.
Between workshops and ceremonies, you will enjoy healthy meals at the villa, have time to relax by the pool or dip in the ocean, get a massage, stretch in restorative yoga, or take a trip into town.
The full schedule will be sent to all guests prior to the retreat.

LOCATION
We will be in a stunning private villa in the heart of tranquil Playa Pelada, in Nosara, Costa Rica.
The villa is home to a gorgeous infinity pool, rooftop yoga deck, and fully-equipped workout space.
It’s nestled in a quiet + lush beach neighborhood within Nosara, and provides the perfect oasis of peace within which to do this sort of deep healing work.
Our villa is located 2 hours by car from the Liberia airport. It is close to various local restaurants and boutique shops, and a 25 minute walk or quick 7 minute drive from the world-renown surfing at Guiones Beach.
Nosara is vibrant and full of life, while also emanating the “Pura Vida” vibration sure to put your nervous system at ease and fill your heart with awe.

MEET YOUR GUIDES
TAYLOR CARVER
Taylor has been blessed by the teachings of many beautiful teachers doing profound work in this world.
From Tantra to Men’s Work to Plant Medicine and various other lineages, Taylor has sat with and received knowledge and great healing from these teachers.
However, his greatest teachers have been his wife Ashley who he’s been with for 14 years and his 3 young children. They are a constant mirror for him to have his level of consciousness reflected back to him through them. It is here where he’s done his deepest work.
Now, he embodies these teachings and ways of life, along with his own connection to source, and wishes to share them with you and help walk you home as his teachers have done for him.
ASHLEY CARVER
Ashley began experiencing spiritual initiations and activations randomly in 2015, and has never looked back since!
From psychology to philosophy, nervous system healing to trauma-informed coaching, from women’s empowerment to somatic embodiment, from sacred sexuality/Tantra to holographic/quantum healing…
Her past service as a midwife instilled a great love of helping families navigate the spiritual initiations and rites of passage of this life in a grounded, safe, and empowering way.
Ashley has traversed varied fields and learned from some of the top guides and teachers in her lineages in order to come to a place of embodied expression of the science and the sacred, the known and the great mystery. She teaches, mentors, coaches, guides, mothers, partners, and lives daily from this place of embodied Truth and curiosity.

We recommend flying into Liberia (LIB) airport. It is a 2 hour drive from the Villa. We will arrange airport transport for you from the airport to the Villa, and back to the airport once the retreat is complete.
This does NOT include transport to or from San Jose airport (SJO), which is about 5+ hours from the retreat.
You are also welcome to book a flight into Nosara airport (NOB) which is about 10 minutes from the retreat, and we can provide a tuk tuk for you from NOB to the villa. -
A shuttle will be arranged to bring you from Liberia airport (LIB) to the venue. The price of the airport shuttle is included in the retreat price.
If you choose to fly into San Jose airport (SJO), you must book your own transportation to the retreat. We can provide you with the number for an airport transport company.

Payment and booking
In order to reserve your spot on a retreat, payment in full is required. If you'd like to pay in installments, please select PayPal at checkout, then PayPal Credit.
You will be individually emailed after your payment is received, in order to select your room on a first come, first served basis.
Refunds and Cancellation
Our refund policy is as follows:
All payments are non-refundable should you decide to cancel your booking. We do not offer refunds. If you need to change or cancel your trip and you give us at least 75 days notice, we will open your spot up to the public and market it so we can re-book it. IF your space is re-booked by another couple, you will receive a refund minus a processing fee. If your space is not able to be re-booked despite our best efforts, your payment will not be returned to you.
If a guest cancels less than 75 days prior to the retreat, no refund will be given even if we re-book the space. This is because we have pre-paid for all services at the retreat for the specific number of people attending.
If a guest leaves during the retreat, there will be no refund.We highly recommend purchasing cancel-anytime travel insurance at the time of your booking so you are protected in the event you need to cancel with less than 75 days notice.
Cancellation by Taylor + Ashley
Taylor and Ashley reserve the right to cancel any trip or part of the trip. In this event we will provide retreat credit for a future retreat, which will be valid for two years.
If Taylor and Ashley cancel a retreat for any reason, including Force Majeure, Taylor and Ashley are not responsible for loss of funds in association with travel or accommodations made by the guest.

We love that you're wanting to dive into this deep level of healing! For this retreat, we are only welcoming couples (no singles). But stay tuned in the future for retreat offerings just for you!

Daily lunch and dinner are prepared and served by a local chef. We will also have fruit, tea, coffee, and light snacks to choose from in the mornings.
We will serve local fish, organic pastured chicken, and local pastured beef in some of the meals. If you are vegan or vegetarian let us know!
Organic fresh local produce and products are used in all meals.

Yes there is wifi all throughout the retreat center and most businesses in town.
There is cell service depending on your provider. Verizon and AT&T have spotty service in town. Claro has full service.
You can often sign up for a "passport" with most cell providers, where you'll be able to connect to the local cell towers while you're here. Check into this with your provider before you arrive if you feel you'll need full cell service while you're here.

Yes! All experience levels are welcome :)

This retreat is capped at 5-6 couples. That is 10-12 people as guests.
We will also have support staff in the villa, like a photographer, chef, cleaners, and a support person during some workshops if necessary.

February in Nosara is dry season! The weather will be hot and dry. There will be dust blowing around in the breeze. We are right near the beach, too.
IF you've never experienced winter-time sun near the equator, you're in for a treat. The codes received from the sun are a perfect addition to this retreat flow. But it's gonna be HOT.
A full packing list will be sent out the month before the retreat!
Here is a basic list:-Sun protection (hats, sunscreen, sunglasses)

-Light weight flowy clothes in natural fabrics like cotton/linen work well

Our retreat will include free time but for the most part our time will be filled with workshops and healing. We have massages available for those who would like, as well as yoga and breathwork planned, too.
We highly recommend coming to Costa Rica early or staying longer after the retreat in order to experience more of what the country has to offer. Let us know if you'd like recommendations for visiting the volcano, waterfalls, booking horseback riding, local cooking classes, ATV tours, surf lessons, canopy zip lining, cloud forest, etc..
